An election shall be held between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., on the 4th day of May 2024 in the event the election is not cancelled as provided by law. The following is a substantive statement of revisions adopted by the Board of Directors of Kingsland Municipal Utility District (the “District”) to the District’s existing Schedule of Wastewater Rates, Fees and Charges and Services Policies (the “District Rules”). The revisions to the District Rules were adopted on March 28, 2022 and become effective April 1, 2022. The Board adopted the revisions in accordance with the authority set forth at Section 54.205 of the Texas Water Code.
Elections for directors of the District are conducted on the May uniform election date in even-numbered years. Accordingly, the next election for members of the Board of Directors of the District shall be conducted on the first Saturday in May 2022, which is May 7, 2022.
